Heavy trucks will be allowed to use the outer lane of the Auckland Harbour Bridge from tomorrow.
The restrictions are being lifted as the Transport Agency's 2 year programme of works to strengthen the southbound and northbound box girders draws to a close.
The restrictions were put in place to reduce vibration and to help keep the bridge stable during precision welding of steel inside the box girders.
