Truck driver hurt after Waikato crash

A truck driver is recovering in Waikato hospital after he lost control of his 40-tonne vehicle on a bend yesterday.

Police said the accident happened about 10am on State Highway 39, south of Ngaruawahia. The road was shut until 3.30pm while the truck was removed.
