Power is out in parts of Lynmore, Rotorua, after a small truck collided with a power pole this morning.
Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle accident on Vaughan Road about 6.11am.
The truck collided with a power pole, bringing down live electricity wires, cutting power supply in the area.
Police said the driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was the sole occupant.
Vaughan Road is closed in both directions between Tennyson Drive and Allen Mills Road.
