WELL DONE: Jennian Homes Wairarapa and Wellington franchise owner Gareth Norris (second from left) and wife Kate celebrate their top three trophy at the Jennian Homes Franchisee of the Year Awards.
Jennian Homes Wairarapa and Wellington owner Gareth Norris is celebrating further success for his businesses by collecting three more trophies at the Jennian Homes annual conference, held last week.
His Wellington and Wairarapa franchises were recognised as finalists in the Jennian Homes Franchisee of the Year Award.
The Wairarapa businesswent one step further, achieving a top three trophy as well.
Mr Norris is the only Jennian franchisee to have multiple businesses achieving finalist status, a feat he has now achieved for three consecutive years.
All Jennian franchisees from Northland to Invercargill contested the awards, which are allocated based on a series of financial and non-financial criteria. Achievement of high honours means that a franchisee is performing strongly across all areas of the business when benchmarked against the national group.
Mr Norris and his wife Kate attended the awards night, which concludes the company's annual conference each year, and were surprised when their businesses were announced as award recipients.
Mr Norris said he was extremely proud of the recognition Jennian Wairarapa and Wellington received at the awards dinner and gave his thanks to a team effort that had led to the award.
"I have a terrific team around me that continues to perform very well via a professional culture that is results driven, yet retains the balance of a fun and friendly work environment."
