A man, a woman and a 12-year-old boy are all in hospital after off-road motorcycle crashes in organised events yesterday. The Rotorua-based Tenon Rescue Helicopter took a man and a boy to Tauranga Hospital after separate accidents during a motocross event.
The Square Trust Rescue Helicopter took a 44-year-old woman to Palmerston North Hospital after she rolled her quad bike near Hunterville, during an organised trail bike ride.
