Three people arrested following a police chase in Judds Rd on Wednesday afternoon have appeared in court charged with a raft of burglaries.
The trio, Mathew Ryan Guillard, 28, of Solway, Sonny Te Maire Edwards, 24, of Palmerston North and Toni Sylvia Wilton, 23, of Solway appeared before Judge Tony Walsh in Masterton District Court yesterday charged with burglary.
Guillard is also facing charges of driving while disqualified. reckless driving on Judds Rd and failing to stop for flashing lights. Guillard and Edwards were remanded in custody until Tuesday May 27 for a bail application to be heard.
Wilton was remanded on bail with strict conditions including reporting to Masterton police daily between 4pm and 8pm. She is due back in court on June 12 to plead to a raft of charges including the burglary of a Judds Rd home.
