The trial will start tomorrow for two teenagers accused of murdering a man in Auckland in 2012.
Aged 15 and 17 at the time, the two are accused of killing Tamati Lupe, 23. He was found dead on a Mt Wellington street in September 2012.
The trial, before Justice John Fogarty, was to begin in the High Court at Auckland today.
This morning a jury of 10 men and two women was empanelled, but one of the female jurors had to withdraw.
After a break for lunch, Justice Fogarty said the court would have another attempt at getting a 12-person jury tomorrow morning.
