A family member of another high profile New Zealander is facing drugs charges.
Police have charged Nadia Cooper, the stepdaughter of fashion designer Trelise Cooper with possession of methamphetamine for supply and possession of utensils. She is the daughter of Trelise Cooper's textile wholesaler husband Jack Cooper.
Nadia Cooper appeared in the Auckland District Court on Friday and has been remanded to appear again in January. Trelise Cooper was not available for comment.
