Library curator Robert Eruera has brought New Zealand literary treasures to the public.
Presented by Auckland Libraries and the Auckland Council, the Manatunga: ko nga taonga waihohanga atu ki te arawhiti opened this week. It showcases rare manuscripts, early published material, photographs, maps, drawings, newspapers, the Sir George Grey Special Collections and other objects, many of which have never been on public show before.
The display is part of Matariki celebrations.
