Firefighters helped return a flipped car to its wheels after a non-injury crash on SH2 south of Mt Bruce on Wednesday night.
Eketahuna Fire Chief Max Mayer said three young men escaped unharmed from the upside-down vehicle soon after the driver lost control about 9pm on Wednesday.
He added that police and ambulance personnel attended the crash scene and about half-a-dozen people, including firefighters, had righted and removed the vehicle from the road.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
