Travel agency Flight Centre has been voted the overall best place to work in New Zealand.
More than 37,500 people were surveyed from 232 public, private and not-for-profit organisations, ranging in size from 20 to over 3500 employees.
Other winners: 150-399 staff, Waikato District Council; 50 to 149 staff, TBWA\Whybin and Tequila; 20 to 49 staff, Securities Commission.
