Tramper missing

Police were last night searching for a 24-year-old man who became separated from his tramping group in the Waitakere Ranges as night fell.

The man, who had no food, drink, equipment or warm clothes, was last seen about 7.30pm as the group walked along Pararaha stream, just south of Karekare beach.
