Police are responding to a three-vehicle crash on Auckland's Harbour Bridge which is causing major traffic delays for drivers heading north.
The three-vehicle nose-to-tail is reportedly halfway up the city side of the bridge, a police spokeswoman said.
Police were called at 9.10pm to the crash, which had damaged all three cars and was blocking the middle lane. Traffic was backing up significantly, she said.
It was not known if anyone was injured in the crash but an ambulance had been requested.
Two lanes that were closed for roadworks have been reopened to ease the congestion.
