Traffic is flowing smoothly in and out of the country's main centres as holidaymakers return home from their long Anzac weekend.
Northern police communications Shift Inspector Peter Raynes said by 3.30pm they had received no information about any traffic incidents heading into Auckland.
"We've got no information to say that there's going to be any sort of delays.''
Central police communications team leader Amanda Jensen said no major traffic incidents had been reported with holidaymakers returning to Wellington, however "there's a lot of traffic out there''.
