Traffic is flowing again on the Southern Motorway after a six car crash between the Symonds St and State Highway 16 off-ramps at Spaghetti Junction.
The accident occurred about 1.50pm, closing two of the three northbound lanes and causing a traffic jam stretching south beyond the Mt Wellington interchange.
The New Zealand Transport Agency said emergency services responded to the crash, all three lanes reopened shortly after 3pm and traffic was flowing freely at 4.20pm.
