It's a long, slow crawl into the city this morning on Auckland's Northwestern Motorway after a truck fire, crash and breakdown added an extra hour to the journey.
Traffic is still heavy heading into town, extending the breakfast rush hour into the middle of the morning.
The blockages, including a truck fire at Huapai, a crash near St Lukes and a breakdown at the Lincoln Rd onramp have been cleared but have had a massive impact on the journey into the CBD.
Motorist Philip Duncan said his commute into town had ballooned from 15 to 75 minutes.
