Kmart is recalling a toy phone that could be a choking hazard for young children. Parts from the World 4 Kids Toy Melody Phone with the barcode APN 4891622 633686 could come off during use, the company said.
The recall applies only to toys bought after July 2004.
Customers should return the toy for a full refund.
