KEY POINTS:
Someone in Thames has won $2 million in cash and another $1m in prizes in the Coromandel town's third first division Big Wednesday lottery win in the past two years.
Last night's winner will get an Aston Martin Vantage, an Audi Q7, a $250,000 American Express Platinum card, $250,000 of first class travel.
They also get a Rayglass Legend 2500 Boat, as well as $2m cash, NZ Lotteries' chief executive Todd McLeay said.
The winning ticket was sold at Courts Take Note in Thames, which becomes the first shop in the country to sell two Big Wednesday first division winners.
The ticket had not been claimed early this morning.
