The Department of Labour will speak to a British woman who was badly injured two years ago on the same quad bike route near the Waitomo Caves on which another tourist died this month.
The department is investigating the August 9 incident in which Sarah Bond from Essex plunged 30m down a bank and died after her quad bike fell on top of her.
