Tostee had previously admitted to two past offences, namely a forgery charge in 2006 for which no conviction was recorded, and a 2011 driving charge, the newspaper said.
In the January 27 incident, police were flagged down by a tuk tuk driver who claimed Tostee had run away without paying. They found him at a nearby convenience store, buying chocolate and "using obscene language", the Daily Mail reported the court documents as saying.
When he was approached by Constable Leigh Hurely, the officer was told twice to "f*** off", the documents allege.
The police officers arrested him, but Tostee allegedly resisted, saying "what are you going to do small man, f*** off c***", the court documents said, as reported by the Daily Mail.
He then allegedly tried to stop the door of the police car from closing, again swearing at the officers, who sprayed him with capsicum spray.
Tostee was charged with committing a public nuisance, and assaulting or obstructing a police officer.
On July 27, Tostee was charged with drink driving after he was allegedly found to be nearly five times over the legal limit.
The court papers said the arrest followed reports he had been driving at high speeds on the highway across the New South Wales border, where police tried unsuccessfully to stop him by laying tyre spikes across the road.
Tostee was also charged with breaching bail conditions that had been imposed after the January incident.
The Gold Coast bodybuilder and self-confessed womaniser remains in custody after a bail hearing was adjourned earlier this month in order to give his legal team more time to work on their case.
At that hearing, Judge Debra Mullins said the murder case against him was "weak", but a manslaughter charge may be more appropriate.
The prosecution argues Tostee had locked Ms Wright on his balcony after a row following a night of drinking and sex. A struggle between the pair was reportedly recorded on a device allegedly belonging to Tostee, before Ms Wright can be heard screaming as she fell 14 storeys to her death.
This weekend, Tostee posted a message of thanks to his friends and family for their support, saying "I miss you all".
"I have been in custody for almost a month now for a crime I did not commit and have lost contact with almost everyone," he said.
"I maintain my absolute innocence and hope that this nightmare will be over soon."
