Top cop complaints

A top cop in charge of investigating other officers' bad behaviour is in the spotlight after police bosses received complaints from his colleagues.

It is understood the high-ranking officer's district commander recently received a number of complaints about his management practices.

A code of conduct investigation into the complaints was launched within the last month.
