The post-mortem examination on a toddler found dead at a south Auckland house where a party was in full swing has been completed but police say they will not release details about his death until next week.
The boy's mother called an ambulance just after 3am today but the 16-month-old boy could not be revived.
Police said a party had been going on and there were a number of drunken people in the house.
They said that the results of the post-mortem examination would be released on Monday. The death was still being treated as unexplained
