Police have released the name of a toddler who died after falling from a moving tractor.
Two-year-old Liam Schweizer died in Rerewhakaaitu on Sunday.
The toddler had been sitting with his father on a tractor that was loading silage from a pile into a feed distributor when he fell and was run over by the tractor.
Members of the public performed cardio-pulmonary resuscitation on the toddler but he died at the scene. Police are investigating.
