Tizard travels in style for sculpture event

Associate Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage Judith Tizard will arrive aboard a waka when she opens the Wave and Waka Sculpture on Hihiaua Reserve, on the banks of the upper Whangarei Harbour, next Sunday.
