She said: "Whatever happens in our bar, stays in our bar. We're not out to ruin a guy's life.'
And bar owner Leo Molloy said: "Our position is that if it's not a crime, then we won't release the footage. Rooting [having sex] isn't a crime in New Zealand - I'm not sure about England, but it's not in New Zealand.'
But Molloy confirmed he could access the footage shot by his venue's 16 state-of-the-art CCTV cameras "any time I want to'.
Tindall and the unidentified blonde made their way to Cowboys at about 2am, after leaving the Altitude bar - where an Australian tourist had spotted Tindall and warned him: "You're married. Pull your head in, mate.'
Jonathan Dixon, the bouncer who uploaded the footage from Altitude to YouTube, said he had spoken to at least three witnesses who saw Tindall and the blonde in Cowboys - which has a mechanical rodeo bull, staff in cowboy hats and chairs made of horse saddles.
"One of them said they were all over each other,' said Dixon, who appeared in court last Monday charged with accessing a computer with dishonest intent.
"There were a few British customers who recognised Tindall and knew he had only married Zara Phillips a few weeks earlier. They were disgusted by what they saw.'
Dixon said another witness told him he saw Tindall kissing and cuddling the blonde and sitting in one of the horse saddle seats with his knees apart while she stood between his legs with her head on his chest.
"This person told me it was very obvious what was going on. It wasn't a way platonic friends should behave towards each other,' he said. Zara's spokeswoman has insisted the blonde was an old friend of the couple who attended their wedding, and that Tindall's encounter with the woman in New Zealand was entirely innocent.
Ms Latu confirmed she saw Tindall in Cowboys bar with the blonde and said they spent between an hour and 90 minutes there.
When the story about the CCTV footage from Altitude broke, Latu checked the footage from her venue's security cameras.
She declined to describe in detail what it contained but confirmed it clearly showed the pair. She added: "It's pretty much the same kind of stuff [as the Altitude video]. My boss doesn't want to let anyone see it.'
Owner Molloy said that he would not make the film public, and said he had not been contacted by either police or England team officials over the footage.
He said: "If it was a crime, we would release it to the police but we're not really interested. They [Tindall and the blonde] have got their own lives to lead and I don't care what they do or don't do, really.'
Asked if he had viewed the footage, Molloy, who described his surveillance system as "expensive', said: "I haven't bothered. I've got no interest, mate.
They're adults. What goes on between consenting adults is their own business.' Rumours about further videos of Tindall and the blonde have swept Queenstown throughout the week.
Police raided 40-year-old Dixon's home the day after he appeared in court, taking away two computers, cameras and computer memory. Dixon believes it was an attempt to find out if he had a copy of the Cowboys security video.
New Zealand police spokeswoman Vivien Pullar declined to specify what material officers had been looking for, saying only that the search was Ôoften standard procedure in a police investigation'.
She added: "As this is a matter before the court, police won't be commenting further.'
Tindall faces further potential embarrassment before next Saturday's World Cup match against Scotland in Auckland as Dixon prepares to give a national TV interview, in which he plans to explain he leaked the footage because Tindall's behaviour was an insult to Zara and the Royal Family.
He said: "She's not just your Queen, she's our Queen too. This is the man who's just married the Queen's granddaughter and I thought his behaviour was sleazy.'
Dixon's supporters have mounted a campaign to help cover his legal costs. They are selling T-shirts carrying the slogan: ÔBe loyal to the Royal, Mr Tindall.'
Dixon will make a second court appearance on October 3, when the England team expects to be preparing for the World Cup quarter finals.
A spokesman for Mr Tindall - who married 30-year-old Zara in Edinburgh on July 30, a month before flying out to the tournament in New Zealand - declined to comment last night.
