Three people have been injured, two seriously, after a crash in Mōkau, Waitomo District.
Emergency services were called to the two car crash on North St at 7.42am this morning.
A St John spokeswoman said they were still on the scene assessing three patients, two of which were in a serious condition, and one minor.
Police and fire are in attendance and a rescue helicopter has also been called to the scene.
