Three people have been critically injured after a two-car crash on State Highway 25A in the Thames-Coromandel District.
Police, St John and Fire Emergency New Zealand are attending the crash, which happened about 8.15pm. St John reported that three people had been taken to Thames in a critical condition.
One person has minor injuries.
