Three people will appear in court in Christchurch today in relation to the disappearance of Hayden Miles.
The 15-year-old went missing more than three months ago.
A 27-year-old man has been charged with the teenager's murder, while an 18-year-old woman has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
A 35-year-old man has also been charged with robbery in relation to an incident on August 22, the day Hayden Miles was last seen.
Police continue to search for the teenager's body.
