Three people were taken to hospital after a pile-up involving a container truck on the north-bound lane of the Southern Motorway in Auckland this morning.
It was suspected one person had serious injuries but police later confirmed all had minor injuries.
Two cars were involved in the pile-up, which occurred just before 9.30am.
One lane remained closed at 10am while emergency services waited for the truck to be towed away.
