Three Aucklanders arrested after a suspected P lab explosion in one of the city's most expensive streets have now all been released on bail.
Zara Kathleen Adams, 24, and self-employed plumber Brand Heath Colby Sutton, 26, were yesterday granted bail in the Auckland District Court.
The pair had been held in custody over the weekend after an explosion in a Paritai Drive garage in Orakei on Friday evening.
Kelvin Sonny Cress, 27, had already been granted bail on Saturday after a duty solicitor told the court he had been at the property as part of his job.
The three made a second appearance in court yesterday and were remanded for a pre-depositions conference next month.
They have been jointly charged with possessing the precursor toluene with the intention of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Police are seeking further forensic evidence and have been examining the garage at the rear of a property which will be decontaminated.
Judge John Hole ordered that the three charged not have any contact with each other or another two men injured in the blast who are being treated for burns in Middlemore Hospital. One was yesterday reported in a serious condition in intensive care and the other in a stable condition in the burns unit.
A police spokeswoman said they had not been charged as their conditions meant police had not been able to properly question them.
