Three Dunedin men have been arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine after a month-long police investigation.
The men were arrested as they drove into Dunedin after manufacturing the drug at a house in North Otago, Senior Sergeant Steve Aitken said.
The house and car will be under police guard until the Wellington-based clandestine lab team arrive.
Two 28-year-olds and a 35-year-old will appear in Dunedin District Court today.
The arrests "will make a hole in the market down this end of the world", Mr Aitken said.
