Two teenagers and a 28-year-old man are expected in court today after a stolen car crashed in Hamilton East earlier today.
Shortly before 2am today a dog handler patrolling in Hamilton East was flagged down by a member of the public after a crash on the corner of Dey St and Brookfield St, police said.
The handler found a Toyota car, stolen yesterday, had crashed into a power pole and the occupants had fled.
The police dog tracked the trio and they were arrested at a property nearby.
They face charges including burglary and theft of a motor-vehicle.
