Nostalgic for the days of Gloss, the Rubik's Cube and the last time a man dressed in black raised the Rugby World Cup?
Steinlager is returning to the 80s by reintroducing its distinctive white can before the tournament kicks off.
The can plan harks back to the era when the All Blacks ruled the world. And who says history never repeats? In 1987, a major earthquake struck New Zealand, a worldwide financial crash led to a recession and Kiwis headed to the polls.
Steinlager went on sale in white cans in 1981. Packaging was changed to green in 1992 because white was internationally associated with low-alcohol beer.
The new white can will be launched on June 29.
