KEY POINTS:
One of three people accused of kidnapping a Hamilton boy has conceded a case to answer and will stand trial.
A prima facie case was conceded by lawyer Warren Pyke, representing Nikala Janice Taylor, 36, at the start of the hearing in Hamilton District Court today.
Taylor, along with Dick Halton Headley, 69, and his daughter Kay Halton Skelton, 36, are accused of kidnapping the boy on August 18 last year.
Taylor was remanded on bail by Community Magistrate Pat Ferguson, and will be committed for trial at the end of the depositions hearing.
All other evidence from today's hearing has been suppressed.
