Sport, music, expos, markets and more ... there is plenty on for the whole family.
Warbird displays, hot sporting action and celebrating the best of British top the options for holidaymakers this Queen's Birthday weekend.
And if you're hoping to enjoy the outdoors, you're in luck as there's not likely to be a repeat of the torrential showers and strong winds which buffeted the country earlier in the week. If you're looking for some long weekend inspiration, here are the Herald on Sunday's best picks.
Shed 10 and The Cloud on Auckland's Queens Wharf will come alive with the best of British. Entry is free and activities include a Mad Hatter's Tea Party, Irish and Scottish dance and music, a British market, croquet and a medieval re-enactment. Youngsters will also be entertained by a raft of hit British movies, and can attend a Teddy Bears' Picnic.
