Tauranga police are looking for public help in finding a callous thief who took a disabled woman's laptop from the back of her wheelchair.
The 34-year-old woman was robbed on Wednesday at the intersection of Cameron Road and First Avenue.
Senior Sergeant Rob Glencross says it is particularly disappointing to hear of vulnerable members of the community being victimised in this way.
He is appealing for anyone having information that might lead to the recovery of the laptop and the identification of the thief to contact police.
