A woman accused of stealing more than $100,000 of gold and gemstone rings from an Auckland jewellery business is banned from visiting the shop.
Angela Beverly Pidduck today pleaded not guilty to a charge of theft over the alleged heist on January 6.
In the Auckland District Court, the 32-year-old from Mangatawhiri, Waikato, was bailed until a case review hearing in July.
Charging documents allege she stole gold and gemstone rings valued at about $114,000 from Jewels and Gems Ltd, which was formerly on Manukau Rd but now operates from Ponsonby Rd.
A bail condition forbids Pidduck from visiting the store.
