Louie the linesman from Llanelli may not have the quickest flag in the game, but he certainly adds character to an already character filled team. Welsh disabled rugby team, the Llanelli Warriors, were in Carterton to play against the Carterton Presidents XV yesterday afternoon. Louie is a gold medallist golfer at the Para Olympics, linesman, supporter and famous local character in his hometown in Wales of Llanelli.
