A man who continued to do drug deals while on bail for supplying methamphetamine will spend the next seven years behind bars.
Police say Roman Cossey, 31, was sentenced this week on a number of methamphetamine supply charges.
The Thames man was arrested last August for supplying methamphetamine.
He kept supplying the drug on bail and was arrested and charged a second time.
Coromandel Hauraki Detective Constable Mark Leathem hoped the sentence would prove a deterrent for others involved in the district's drug trade.
