A man accused of organising an underage sex tour to Thailand through a website has been found guilty.
But he was found not guilty of promoting the tour.
The man was the first person in New Zealand to be charged with the offences.
The verdict was delivered at Auckland High Court just after noon. He retains name suppression and will be sentenced next year.

The Crown alleged the accused set up a trip to Thailand for a client, who was actually an undercover cop posing as a gay man.
After contacting the officer, who can't be identified, through his website, he told the officer he could assist him in finding Thai "boys" as young as 13 to have sex with.
The man booked flights and made hotel reservations for the trip before he was arrested.
Police are still investigating while Fenz confirmed they attended the scene two weeks ago.
