A Fijian distributor of secondary school textbooks says some local bookshops and printers are "pirating" New Zealand books.
Fiji police are investigating the claims, by Arun Chatur Singh of Premier Book Centre in the town of Ba, the Fiji Times reported.
Mr Singh said he had proof that Advanced Mathematics by Sealey and Agney, published in New Zealand, had been copied and sold to schools at a cheaper price.
