A tenant alleged to have bound and gagged his elderly landlord before stealing cash and his car has turned himself in. Police say Alaric Eccleston, 23, has been charged with aggravated robbery, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle and aggravated wounding, and will appear in the Auckland District Court today.
