Twice convicted murderer and rapist Teina Pora will face another parole hearing at the end of this month.
Pora, who has spent more than 20 years behind bars for the 1992 rape and murder of Susan Burdett in Auckland, was declined parole last October after he was found to have breached his home leave conditions to visit a prostitute.
In January he was told he would be able to appeal against his convictions to the Privy Council in London.
His upcoming parole hearing will be held on March 31 at Auckland Prison.
