Two teenagers, accused of murdering Radio New Zealand journalist Phillip Cottrell, are to appear in the High Court in Wellington today.
Mr Cottrell was attacked in the central city last year.
Manuel Robinson, who was 17 at the time of the attack, and Nicho Allan Waipuka, who was 19, are due to face a murder trial in December.
Mr Cottrell was badly beaten while he was walking home from working an overnight shift at the radio station on Boulcott Street early on December 10.
He died in hospital a day later, surrounded by close friends and family.
