Teenage girl allegedly raped in Burger King

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped in a Burger King restaurant in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore yesterday.

Detective Sergeant Kim Libby said the incident happened at about 6.30pm yesterday, inside the men's toilets of the takeaway restaurant.

"We are questioning several 18-20 year old male youths. All persons allegedly involved in this incident, have been located by police," he said.

No decision on charges will be made until preliminary investigations have been completed.
