Save A young woman suffered numerous injuries when she was pinned by a vehicle that crashed in Manawatu yesterday.
The crash happened near Moutoa, 10km south east of Foxton, about 9.30pm, a Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter spokesman said.
A young woman in her late teens was trapped underneath the vehicle and
needed to be freed by the fire service.
She suffered multiple injuries and was stabilised on scene by St John paramedics before being flown to Palmerston North Hospital.
Witnesses at the scene said two others were taken by ambulance to hospital.
