The teenager killed in a head-on car crash in Bay of Plenty last week will be farewelled at his high school.
Calum Gilmour, 18, of Tauranga, died in a collision at Matapihi on Thursday night. Three others were injured in the crash.
Calum was a year 13 pupil at Tauranga Boys College and a funeral service celebrating his life will be held at the school's gymnasium on Wednesday, at 3.30pm.
A private cremation follows.
Calum's school friends were said to be devastated at his loss, just days before senior pupils were to go on exam leave.
