Save A 19-year-old Masterton man was injured when his horse rolled on him this morning.
The man was attended by the Life Flight Westpac Rescue Helicopter around 8.45am near Te Whiti.
He'd been riding the horse through a steep gully when the horse slipped, throwing him to the ground, and then
the horse landed and rolled over him.
He's being treated for non-life-threatening pelvic injuries in Wellington Hospital.
