A 15-year-old teen has been arrested and charged with the murder of South Auckland man Tamati Tupe.
The male teenager was spoken to earlier in the investigation into Mr Tupe's homicide.
Mr Tupe's body was found dead on Hillside Road in the Auckland suburb of Mt Wellington in late September.
A 17-year-old man with interim name suppression was arrested several days after the death and charged with assault in connection to the death.
Counties Manakau Detective Sergeant Dave Lynch said the investigation is ongoing and would not rule out the possibility of further charges being laid in the future.
The 15-year old was the youngest of those being investigated and will appear in the Manukau Youth Court tomorrow.
