TEAM LEADER

The successful and ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the factory floor.

You will also be the "go to" for staff needing assistance and guidance with their work, while maintaining productivity and team moral.

The role entails:

• To ensure customer components for kitchen install are complete
• Stock management and control processing
• Scheduling workflow
• Health & Safety procedures
• Excellent time management skills
• Installing when required
• Practical, hands on work
• Communicating regularly with other management in regards to daily production plans
• Implementing efficient processes

Essential skills:

• Detailed knowledge of all aspects of joinery products
• Flexible and highly reliable attitude
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Work in a team environment
• Fully qualified joiner and cabinet maker
• Good communication skills
• Had exposure to the commercial and domestic industry
